The technical knowledge that was instilled in the Heartland Career Center Auto Collision Program was an important start for my professional career path. I have worked for BMW of North America, multiple dealerships, and now live in Silicon Valley and work for Nuro, a robotics company developing self-driving vehicles to deliver goods. All of these opportunities can be attributed back to the solid foundation that was created by traveling from North Miami to Heartland for half of every day during high school.
