Heartland Career Center Wabash, Indiana

Heartland Career Center offers the G.E.D Test once a month. The test is given two consecutive days beginning on the second Thursday of each month. Special schedule indicated by *.

To be eligible to take the test you must pre-register at Heartland Career Center by the Friday immediately preceding the test date between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. (Summer registration will be between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.) Registration will take approximately 45 minutes and the applicant must meet the following conditions:

~The applicant must have resided in Indiana for a minimum of 30 days immediately preceding the date of testing.

~The applicant, at 17 years of age, must have their exit interview signed by the principal of the high school withdrawn from, pretest scores signed by the instructor of the program and recommendation from the superintendent.

~Indiana requires the minimum identification of at least one form of GOVERNMENT issued photo identification that includesname, current address, date of birth, signature and MUST NOT BE EXPIRED.

~Pay the $70.00 testing fee. The retesting fee is $14.00 per test. If an agency is paying for the test, verification of that must be presented at registration.

PAYMENT IS DUE AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION.
